AmeraCore Premium is an American-made aluminum composite sheet consisting of two 0.012” aluminum facers that are bonded to a polyethylene core. AmeraCore Premium is the ultimate ACM for all fabrication needs including folding, forming, and bending.

Advanced Manufacturing
We manufacture all of our ACM on the most technologically advanced ACM production line in the world. Our production process features a 12 roller system that creates an exceptionally flat panel. In addition, we have in-house paint coating lines to ensure consistent results from batch to batch and an exceedingly quick turnaround for custom color matches.
UV & Latex Optimized
Alumanate Signage features an enhanced PE coating specifically for direct to substrate UV & latex printing. Our surface of Alumanate PE coated panels provides enhanced ink adhesion for UV-curing and solvent based inks. lacquer system that is optimized for direct to substrate digital printing. Premium Core Blend
Alumanate Signage does not use unnecessary fillers in our polyethylene blend. Instead, we use a mixture of premium LDPE & HDPE. This allows for a CNC router bit to cut through Alumanate ACM with ease, ultimately leading to more sheets per router bit compared to competitor products.
